Method (Natural Effervescence)

The apples are handpicked, crushed, and pressed only once. Fermentation happens at low temperatures in sealed tanks, allowing the cider to become naturally effervescent without any added sugars.

Tasting Notes (0.5% alc./vol.)

A lightly acidic, low-alcohol, sparkling cider (0.5% alc./vol.) with a bouquet of fresh apples. Its natural effervescence brings out its true fruity taste.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.

Ideal as an aperitif or with desserts, it can be served for any occasion, to celebrate or simply as a refreshment.

Our unique process

WHEN PASSION AND EXPERTISE SERVE THE TASTE

One of the great features of the cider of Minot is the use of the  closed-tank method rarely used in the production of sparkling cider in Quebec. 

The closed-tank method produces fine sparkling ciders, in which the signature of the apple dominates. Several reasons can be given for this, including minimized handling and a closed circuit which prevents air from altering the cider. The entire bouquet of apple thus, ends up in the bottle!
